Miksang Photography No. 2: Laundry

“Miksang, at its most basic level, is concerned with uncovering the truth of pure perception. We see something vivid and penetrating, and in that moment we can express our perception without making anything up—nothing added, nothing missing. Totally honest about what we see—straight shooting.” – From the Miksang.com site

I titled this one Laundry for obvious reasons. For me, it represents (usually) a few quiet moments spent alone as I load and unload the machines. For the most part I remain focused on the task at hand; sometimes my mind wanders but I always seem to snap right back to focusing on the clothes. I guess the quick version of this post is I took the picture in this location because it  reminds me of moving meditation. 🙂 What do you think about when you see this image?
