Symbolic Me

One of the projects in my Photographic Design class revolved around creating symbolic self-portraits – images that represented you without really incorporating an actual facial shot. This was a very interesting assignment because I had to think of what others might associate with me as well as what I associate with myself. Below is the result of that study (I threw in a traditional “selfie,” as fellow light scribe Nastassia Davis calls them, since it’s the first one I actually liked). ๐Ÿ™‚
